why I love StatCounterBecause I like to see who visits my site. StatCounter is a free web counter that gives you all kinds of fun bonus information. Like where people are from, what pages they found your site from and what their search was that lead to your site. Apparently some pictures I have posted in the past attract the majority of the traffic flow. About 23% of the people are from the Middle East and they are the ones that look up the dirty stuff.
I do find it peculiar that I have 2 regular visitors that I cannot easily identify as one of my comrades. One is from CA and one is from East. Prov. (which I can only deduce that I work with you so it is either Brendan or Whoolie).

The new adventures in "standard" drivingNot even 24 hours has passed since Scotty got the scion Xb and he is already a semi-pro at driving stick. I can't wait to learn. It just seems so much more fun than automatic.
In other news, we are getting ready to bundle up and hunker down for this years first Nor'easter. We have movies, we have food, we have warmth now all we need is snow.

Drats...Ok, today was going along swimmingly. I went to post my results for the gender quiz to my site and much to my shagrin, I see Sov's YELLOW SCREEN OF BLOCKING DEATH. Apparently I can no longer access blogger from work. This now means no more posting from work... I am very displeased with this turn of events.

...with no consequence I will do it againAnother day of boring shit at a work. How does it come to this? Is it my dumb-ass luck or is it a blessing in disguise? I am really hoping for the latter of the two, and if that is the case then how long do I have to wait? I am growing very impatient.
In other news, I am trying to further my brainpower by continuing on the path of learning xhtml and css. So far I have good grasp on it and I actually rather like it. The big question, is when I am done with the book, will I be able to apply what I learned and actually make my own website? Do I actually have enough design ideas in my little pea brain to be able to create one? Only time will tell.
I am also completely and totally addicted to flickr. I just can't get enough of it. Maybe once work gets busy again at work my addiction will subside, I hope.
Off to a day of "working" and then to a party tonight! Yay!
